Biography: John J. Rhodes, III
Practice focuses on advising clients and members of the firm on legislative issues and strategies which can advance their respective interests, as well as advocating those issues and strategies to the Congress and to relevant Executive Branch agencies.
Relevant Experience
As a Member of Congress, led successful efforts to legislate settlements of long-standing Indian claims affecting Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah and Nevada.
Advocated for appropriations for several natural resources projects in the Lower Colorado River Basin.
Advocated for re-authorization of a natural resources project in the upper Missouri River Basin.
Advocated with the Department of Interior for various clients on various issues relative to the Endangered Species Act.
